| The T'ai Chi Foundation and T'ai Chi Holidays
As well as our London teaching locations
in Soho and Marylebone, the London School of T'ai Chi Chuan is part of an international
school with over 200 teachers in over 30 cities. Our international school organises
international summer holiday courses, usually in the USA and the Netherlands. We have two summer holiday trainings in 2008 in the United States and
Europe.
Europe
The summer
holiday training in Europe will be Sunday, 3rd August to Saturday, 9th August 2008 at the Rolduc Conference Centre, Limburg, in
the Southern Netherlands. A full programme is
available - see below. Our one week T’ai Chi holiday allows plenty of time to
enjoy a drink with new friends, explore the surrounding countryside, and participate in
other activities such as ‘Roots & Branches©’, a practice for generating,
circulating and unblocking Chi, allowing it to nourish us at the very deepest level.
The holiday is
suitable for both complete beginners and more advanced students. Accommodation and meals are included and childcare facilities and activities
available. The basic price this year starts
from €485 for a dormitory, €700 for a twin room, sharing with one other
person. Single rooms are also available.

The US T'ai Chi Vacation was from July 14 to July 20,
2008 at Bennington College, Vermont
The School of T'ai Chi Chuan has been celebrating T'ai
Chi with summer trainings for over 30 years. This year we return to Bennington College in
Vermont for a week of classes serving both beginning and advanced students alike, and
including our newest offering, Roots and Branches T'ai Chi Gong. A children's camp,
complementary evening programs and a surfeit of congenial interaction round out the
program, all set against the backdrop of a bucolic New England college campus in the Green
Mountains of Vermont.
What you get: Five days of classes including T'ai Chi
form work, Push Hands, Roots & Branches T'ai Chi Gong, morning and evening practice
sessions, a variety of topical evening programs, the Saturday night party, full room and
board for six nights.
